#13 Orazio Fantasia - his surname is pronounced “injured”

Yep. Good news. They’d at least mention if he wasn’t going to be available.

Would they?

Fans are on edge atm.

Wouldn’t be wise to deceive us like this

Black ops!

He’s ‘test’ on AFL Injury List.

Suss that they didn’t mention it on the video update. Avoiding it?

Drip feeding the bad news. Stringer today, Raz tomorrow.

Surely there’ll be a hidden one in there too.

“Surprise! Zerrett has OP too!”

Definitely got some sort of motive like that.

They’ve just avoided the subject multiple times

So Fantasia was sore against the Eagles.
He did so little I expect him to have pulled up OK and to play this week.
Probably jogged a bit of the soreness out.

Fantasia a spectator at training according to Julian De Stoop.

Thanks Essendon for being so transparent as usual!

The hell is the stringer news? Is he going to miss, FFS

Channel 9 News clips says he will play.

Interviewed him. Said he’s sore and just needs to manage training load.

So sounds like he will be named, hopefully not a late withdrawal.

That’s positive news

Although never ideal having players unable to train during the week at all essentially and then rolling out on game day when fitness limited

At some point they’d have to think better to debut Mozzie even if for a week than put Raz back out again. Surely

If he plays and gets injured blitz won’t recover.

Yeah true.

Would help if we knew what the issue was.

If it were just minor, general soreness then you’d probably have to play him.

It’s just about a must win game and there’s no way we can kick a winning score verse GWS without Joe, Stringer and Raz

Would help the opposition too.

Just have to live with never knowing unless you’re on the inner sanctum and learn to deal with it.

Or, alternatively, carry on like a headless chook continually demanding the club should tell supporters everything.

He’s in such good touch he doesn’t need to train…

This has been happening for 6-7 weeks. Remember when we “managed” Joe & Smith? He may try to play this week and may get through but what’s the point if he’s so limited? That’s the question that’ll have to be answered at some point soon.
