Heard him talking to the forwards at the 1/4 time huddle at the VFL yesterday and thought he’d make a good development coach.
Seemed a really clear communicator when talking to the group and followed up with one of the players individually after, asking “did that make sense to you?” before expanding further on his instructions & feedback.
