If you are moving players in and out you will make some mistakes, some will respond better to a different game plan or coach, some are just duds, but by moving players on you give yourself a better chance of getting a gem. Stop sticking with players you know arn’t up to it incase they ‘come good’ or do well elsewhere. Move them on.

Regardless on how he’s going, my point is, the Hawk’s are ruthless in their list management, and moving on players that they see past it, or just don’t want to persist with.
