2014 Fixture in Full

Round 7 to 16 needs to be an area we attack and get most wins!

Friday Arvo - 1 (ANZAC Day)
Friday Night - 6
Saturday Arvo - 1
Saturday Twilight - 2
Saturday Night - 6
Sunday Arvo - 1
Sunday Twilight - 3
Sunday Night - 1
TBA - 1

It is what it is.

It's a draw that if we're good enough we capitalize and put ourselves into a position to challenge in September.

Only 4 'day' games and only 1 satdy arvo game... not great for the traditionalists. I can't even remember the last time I saw Essendon at the 'G on a Saturday arvo... ?

Way too many bullshit twilight slots for my liking... I hate that time.

Sept 27th 2014   Saturday arvo    Ess v ??             That will make 2

Looks good to me.

Tough first 4 but we always come out red hot early so best time to have hard run.

Personally very happy with that draw.

Amazed that we didn't get further reamed.

Hird's last game was aginst Carlton. Hird's next game - Carlton.

Same result too!

jeez what a horrendous start to the year.. wowee

Gee wiz... every possibility to by zip and 4 and have our spirit dented.

We'll be 3-1 after round 4.

So who’s going to take one for the team and create an EFC calendar file for Android? Hmmm?

Haven't looked at any short breaks/travel issues, but on the faces we have no excuses next year.

No gifts, but no cadets' christening either.

From The Age ....

Carlton was the beneficiary of Essendon's stunning expulsion from the 2013 finals series, but the Blues have paid something of a price two months down the track for their good fortune. The club won plenty of credits for emerging from ninth place to upset Richmond in an elimination final. But that win pushed it up to a final ladder position of sixth. And in the AFL's new fixturing system, where teams have been grouped in blocks of six, with more games against other teams in their section and fewer against others, Carlton's draw for 2014 is a significant test.

Easybeats of the top six. Hahahahahahahaha!!!   <---- not from the Age

Have we got lights installed at Tulla?

port, cats, ess, pies, saints. I'd say they haven't done too badly and certainly no worse than us or the pies (hawks, blues, ess, wc, adelaide)

So we finished outside of the top 8 - and get 4 of our 5 double up games against last years finalists?

I only can see 22 wins. What are you all looking at?
