2017 MRP/Tribunal

The GAspar one? Gaspar should’ve got weeks for diving. Nothing in it at all.

On the commentary around the reports this year with the AFL’s own media arm downplaying all the reports to stars of the game.

It’s obvious to me you get special treatment if your a great player. Maybe they are spot on, but it’s hardly professional for the AFL to comment on cases before the MRP has heard them. Save it for the post season.

Reading that, he’s not only going to get off but also get 5 free kicks in front of goal for his troubles.

Football act. What crap. Crack down on jumper punches and let dangerous bumps go… afl truly just make up whatever and follow the flavor of the month

Remember when the bump was dead. Now it’s a football act again. I just don’t get this rubbish competition.

Thomas 1 week.

Franklin fine only.

Imagine my ■■■■■■■ surprise.

In related news, … the Sun rose this morning …

Did anyone actually think franklins bump was worthy of suspension? Lol

“Careless conduct low impact to the head”

If had been graded intentional contact it would be a week.

Buddy made no attempt on the ball.

Zak Jones from Sydney offered a week though. That’s good.

Yes, but only because he is playing against us this week. Otherwise, probably not lol

Thought it was borderline, personally.
But I reckon there’s one guy in the league who has been reported for hitting guys in the head about twice as often as the nearest contender.

I could be mistaken, but wasn’t it 100% to the shoulder?

You’re 100% not mistaken.

FRANKLIN!

Pretty sure the recipient said something different.

What about the Mitchell V Selwood V Mitchell ones?

Meh the AFL telegraphed the result anyway.

Sets a precedent, if one of our guys get caught doing the same thing they can point to the rulings.

Bit sure if right or not. Buddy did go in for the bump on a guy putting his head over the footy.

The hit was to the head, according to the conclusive video footage.

However, according to the communications specialist, it was a “football act”, so all good.

Pesky video, misleading people again.
