2021 Grand Final - Melbourne vs Footscray

I like the “Perth” sign on the wing. Every time the camera goes over it we’ll be reminded that the game is not being played at the MCG.

Our good mate Basil was banging on about that last night. Shameless promoter of Perf.

You are dead wrong about the number of fans. The whole of the western suburbs supports them.

Hope it’s a close game but I do want the dees to win.

I love it when clubs break a huge premiership drought, it’s what footy is all about seeing people that have waited so long to finally enjoy the ultimate prize.

Getting ready to grill up some prawns, snags, steak and get some drinks flowing! Happy grand final day!

There’s 900,000 people in the western suburbs.
The dogs get 20k home crowds and sell home games to ballarat.

To give the Doggies their due, they were in the vanguard of reaching out to ethnic communities , including scholarships etc.
Now they are focusing on the ethnic Vietnamese girls, who could be attracted to VFL/AFLW.

Prime example of how to overuse the English language right there.

Stella Donnally is awesome.
Looking forward to it

Absolutely hate players chatting with umps and being cordial with them two hours before the game when warming up.

Dees and dogs can suck my balls covid to the call the game off

ground looks cherry ripe

im just here for the led show

You will watch the game and appreciate the efforts of both teams.
AND you will like it !

50 clubsports parked around the ground?

guess it pays to have a daddy in high places, how the ■■■■ did browne get to perth?

You’d expect that with Bulldogs players and umpires

Looking forward to the game tonight but my general reaction is of relief that this season is coming to an end. Delays, lockdowns, venue changes, lack of crowds for a second year in a row.

No guarantees but I’d like to think by the end of March 2022, six months away, the AFL world will return to some sort of normality. Maybe.

Been on the Dees bandwagon for the last month but I can’t help but think there is almost too much hype going their way into this one. Not as much pressure on the Dogs.
