2022 Draft Watch (Part 2)

I wonder if that’s because they are on average, actually better, or because clubs continue to play them in the hope they come good and didn’t waste their coveted #1 pick

Bit of both.
Keeping in mind it’s averaged out over… 30 odd? drafts.

Really? That would be great.

Chad Warner had an insanely high number of score involvements per possession. Not sure I’ve heard any mention of Tsatas’s SIs

One thing is for sure, Cal is still sold on Tsatas.

Cal is not always right

This is true. He did want us to pick Witherden over Ridley in 2016

I hope he isn’t.

Ridley was underrated for a lot of that year and I was guilty of that aswell. After going through his footage and weighing up his frame and upside I was kicking myself a week after the draft for not having him as an earlier prospect

Any players shifting for you this time around?

It’s a funny draft to follow as a mug punter.

TSATAS

Still think some one will take a punt im not 100% convinced he’ll make it past pick 40

Would 22 this year and our 2nd in 2023 get us the Hawks 6 this year ? Anyone know what else we’d need to throw in ? Maybe our 3rd in 2023 ?

Richmond will have a crack before 40

And Melbourne

We should take him at 22 if Davey hasn’t been bid on

Hope we pick someone this year that hasn’t been speculated on at all by fans

(Bit hard with 2 father sons and a potential academy player)
