2023-2025 Essendon jumpers

Not buying anything until we have a fully sick brand like Kappa as the manufacturer.

That’s actually an improvement on last year. The graphic T-Shirt is very nice and don’t mind the tracksuit top and hoodie. Pre-season polo > media (in-season) polo.

The graphic tee is getting my voucher (and my additional) $$$

ANZAC guernsey looks great. Amart logo can be done in black.

I’m in agreement with most of you, not a fan of the blue Amart logo, even though I get that they give us dough.

Now let’s just get the blue bits out of the AFL logo. Make them black, too.

Yeah…when do we lose Amart as our sponsors?

It looks like Amart has a new logo. I wonder how this will impact our apparel? Will the club update the range?

If they allowed us to use that logo but change the blue background to black, it would actually look pretty good (as far as sponsor logos go).

Of course they’ll change the logo on the players jumpers. Amart wouldn’t be getting bang for their buck on their sponsorship dollars otherwise.

Obviously. I was referring to the supporter merchandise range.

How good does this look…

Roll on clash jumpers 2025.

Dear ,

For the first time in our history, the Essendon Football Club is inviting you, our loyal members, the chance to select our 2025 AFL Premiership Season Clash Guernsey.

A red sash across a black guernsey is synonymous with the Essendon Football Club. It’s one of the longest standing guernsey designs in sport history; it’s embedded in our Constitution and will always be our preferred guernsey when taking the field.

However, AFL rules dictate that all 18 AFL clubs must wear a clash guernsey as the away team when our home guernsey is deemed to clash with the oppositions home guernsey. This occurs a handful of times each season.

While our Essendon Football Club Constitution is very clear on our preferred traditional uniform including a “black jumper with a red sash”, our Constitution does not specify the form of jumper that we should wear when AFL rules or directions mandate that the Club must wear a clash jumper.

This is why we want to give you the chance to vote on our clash guernsey for next season.

The voting is only open to members and will close at 11:59pm Thursday June 27, 2024.

The results of the voting will be shared when the 2025 AFL Premiership Season Clash Guernsey is released ahead of the 2025 AFL Premiership Season.

Sorry already posted in EFC clothing thread.

Gee, I’ve been waiting for a simple black sash but i actually like option 1 as well. Option 3 (this years) is the worst of the lot.

In saying all that, some jumpers look good close up but crap on field, so option 2 is probably the safest. A smart way of doing it by the club to let the fans choose instead of changing the constitution on their own.

I don’t think they are going to change the constitution.

Yeah just re read that actually, the whole constitution doesn’t allow option 2 seems like it was b.s this whole time.

I don’t think it was. They are just asking members to endorse a more liberal interpretation of the constitution. Quite smart actually.

Who ever doesn’t vote for option 2 is steeped with folly.

I don’t even think it’s that.

The Club is probably sick of copping flack for the away jumper design each year. This is a way of them being able to say “well you chose it”.

Also, its a fan engagement thing.

This could have been done years ago. The constitution was so easy to get around.
