He’s tough as nails now but less creative.
I painfully rewatched the second half today and his disposal was shithouse.
The likes of Pendles and Sideboob are absolute A+ grade footballers and have been for a long time.
Hepp is consistently a B+ with A grade games. No ■■■■■■ mean feat that. Think he’s sacrificed his game being we have very little in and under extractors

If Hepp and Shiel could bring their kicking efficiency up by 20 to 30% each, and hit that many more Targets/ Goals, … we would be Un Fking Stoppable.

Alright… what the actual fark is going on with this bloke??
There have been 3 or 4 times this year where he has not made the distance from 30-40m out. No league footballer should have that happen.

At the game today and he has started off half back a fair bit.
Either play him when he is fit or not at all.
That was the most typical modern day Heppell first half of all time.
Expect him to lift big time in the second half.
Anyone asking what’s going with him, I’ll tell you.
Since he was 17 he has not been able to kick a football with any penetration. He does many things well except the 2 most basic things, kicking and speed
