We shouldn’t be using the 1s to get guys up to speed. He is/ should be experienced enough to perform first up. If not then he can get up to speed in the vfl

From what I can tell this was his first uninterrupted preseason for some time.
We needed somebody to step up today and he was sleeping on the job.
Commentary said early in the game he was playing as defensive fwd on Shaw.
Because David Myers just screams “defensive forward” 
You just have to look at his exploits as a defender to know that you are going out there with 21 players instead of 22 right off the bat.
