#26 Archer May (kick more than three goals)

Like.

Better show him the door then. There’s just no room for that sort of behaviour at Essendon.

He was given the ar*e by GWS and FC.

Reports that senior players were very unhappy with themselves at accidentally honouring his leads.

Trying to take it at its highest point?

Edit - missed the obvious:

There are 7 rounds to go. If he can kick another 12 - 14 goals he will have done well.

If he can remain injury free he will have done very well.

So, the AFL website had him injured at one point, but they’ve removed that tag. Did he get through ok?

He played?

Would rest him when Caddy returns, so that McMahon can have a few more looks.

Really want both May and McMahon to retain their spots on our list longer term.

Which will be hard with Jones and Edwards both being there for now.

Copped a whack to the face, got through ok I think.

Meh…1 mark, 7 kicks 1 point. For a big strapping lad I felt he got pushed around by his opponent.

Two of his direct contests led to goals. Watch the Kako crunb and Duursma goal.

All you can ask for when it’s not going your way to compete. Keep him in.

He wrestled Briggs to the ground. Stays in on that alone.

So, May was not on the Injury list, but was not selected. He did not play in the VFL either. So if he was managed, why not say that?
Hey, was that because we woulld have been too tall up forward. Would that have made any difference to the result?
