Heās not been good this year, at all.
The problem when youāre all attack out of the backline is when youāre kickingās off, youāre out of the game.
Love to see him focus a little bit on his defence, then heāll at least be able to throw himself into a couple of one on ones and get into the game that way.

Heās still a vanilla borderline 15-22 player after playing 60 odd matches, that really doesnt give us much apart from the odd long goal.
We need players that work hard both ways & want to be part of the link up play.
Redman just seems to be too passive now & weāve seen him drop his bundle a few times.
Heāll need to start showing more at 24 otherwise youngsters will pass him by.

Iād lowkey use Redman in place of Ham. Make him that fwd line tagger. Put Pidge in the half back line and drop Hep for Cutler.

Yep, apart from the mid-field unaccountability, these 2; Redman and Heppell, have been both been responsible for appalling decisions and skill errors that AFL standard players simply should just not make. WTF was going on this preseason exactly 
I would drop Heppell to be frankā¦he in particular is no longer up for itā¦name Ridley captain and get on with it
