Great seeing the boys helping out the girls

After their season, I’d think the girls could be helping the boys

I think he has become our most important player, so I would be giving him a very healthy deal. Providing he wants to stay of course.

Sheesh three separate people assisted in authoring that?

Its just stating the absolute bleating obvious. Player who plays well gets payrise.

Given the rumblings in the Ridley thread, how long a contract for Redman?

Minimum of 3.

Peter Wright is our most important player, followed closely be Stringer and then maybe Parish, Merrett, Caldwell etc. IMO

Red Dog is a fantastic player, don’t get me wrong, even our best performing player, but in the scheme of things…backs don’t kick teams to a winning score

Saving a goal is even more important than scoring one.

Imagine our hb line if the Saad and McKenna situations didnt turn to crap and McGrath was shifted to the back pocket after Shiel arrived.

Current Redman, Saad, McGrath and with the way McKenna was tracking before getting homesick would have been the greatest group of small defenders ever assembled.

Nah….and I’ll go further, forwards are not only better players than backs, but also more important within the team

Mason can definitely give the team score a good push along

Redman long goal, now with horns

McKenna was garbage in his last year. wanted to play forward, which he was not very good at.

Before covid he was on track to be the best of the 3, certainly the most unique and damaging.

He lost interest, and you could tell on field that his head and heart weren’t in it.

I thought this as well until I saw how badly Stewart plays as a defender.

A few rumours around he’s looking at a shift back to SA. RFA at the end of the season, would cost Port or Crows nothing but salary. Anyone know if there’s any truth to it? @Aceman ?
