Yeah i saw that, I was half expecting the free kick to be reversed. Unfortunately that’s the kind of thing he does that ruins all the good things he does. Needs to stop those stupid brain farts. But apart from that was a great game.
He fits in really well then
Good game by Redders. Excellent response after being woeful last week!
When I saw that I immediately thought ■■■■ the umps will reverse that but luckily they kept the whistle out of their mouth.
Eleni at least was probably out of breath from blowing it all game
Good to see the good Redman finally
Can add the “dog” back to his name.

Mason Redman
Are you even a modern defender if you’re not an intercept specialist? That’s not a problem for the Bombers’ Redman, whose career-high numbers in intercept marks and intercept possessions this season rate him elite and above average, respectively.
No shortage of opportunities to work on those particular stats this season so far…
Reckon he played really well today. Had a couple of ordinary ones this season, but has been one of our better players overall from what I’ve seen.
The wingiest winger that’s ever winged
I wonder if we could drop Cox and play him there.
This guy… seriously.
His errors are so so so costly
Dale in and Redman to the wing.
Don’t get me wrong, Redman does a lot of good things, but is seriously prone to this mindless ■■■■.
There is no excuse as a professional athlete under no pressure to lack such vision.
Really ■■■■■■ me off.
Was a poor kick, but he’s at least trying to do something other than sideways handball or long kick up the line.
Essendon couldn’t make a decent decision if their life depended on it.
What a laughing stock.
I’d rather go sideways than lace out to the opposition.
We go sideways and backwards more often than not. Watching the Bulldogs today you see the importance of gaining field position with long passes. Something we just don’t do. I would continue to encourage Redman to take those kicks on. He’s one of the few players we have who can do it.
redman is the epitome of participation award syndrome.
everyone keeps likcing his nuts for the 1 or 2 kicks like that that come off, saying oh wow you’re so great, you’re a superstar keep doing it.
someone needs to tell him, he’s not dean rioli. he is not good enough to CONTINUALLY trying those kicks.
play within your limits.
If not ■■■■ him off from the side. you can’t have a ■■■■■■■ backman constantly turning the ball over cos he’s trying to pinpoint passes he’s incapable of making.
