#27 Mason Redman - till end 2028

He was very impressive today. He has whet the appetite.

Thank you for not writing ‘wet

Yep, rapped about that

I was waiting for an answer like that with baited breath.

I don’t see the relevance of these mute points.

Me either. They don’t exactly win the argument in one foul swoop.

More correctly BD, “one fell swoop” but I suppose we all get your drift.

Speaking of getting the drift

In lame man’s terms, how ironic.

I’m confused, could you be more pacific?
Love the way in can dish out a don't argue above his weight range. Sure I saw a sneaky one yesterday on top of the one at full pace earlier in the year where he flattened a strong bodied player and went on and kicked a goal.

This is the kind of thing LAV should be doing regularly when he gets confidence in his body.

I want to see the LAV 2017 upgrade. I hope he knows he could be a monster of a player one day.

Sorry. I’ll try & nip that confusion in the butt.

I’m saying when it comes to understanding my post, Chris should try a different tact.

He just has that something that makes great players. Will be a gun. Watched hird play a practice match against farkcarlton in 91 or 92. Had that same something about him. Look out

Correct use of common phrases is really falling by the waste side.

Cheap wine and I'm feeling good

She’s alright, fat Canada lady.

Wrapped up like a douche, another corona in the night

Hold me closer Tony Danzer.

I hole heartedly agree.

A real hot head though. When Holmes was crunched in the first there was a short scuffle Redman was ready to go all in. Not sure who else noticed but it was jamar who pulled him aside and talked to him which was good to see

Real class though is Redman

Can people actually explain/describe his game? What was it that excited about him? Any big highlights? What are his weapons/positives?

Thinks his way through situations and makes good decisions. the type of player who can be damaging with limited disposals. Possibly a Reg Burgess type.

For those of us under sixty, Reg Burgess is a name and a picture in the history books. How he played I have no idea.

He was a very, very classy centreman/wingman but I don’t see much similarity to Redman.

For all intensive purposes they have their place though.

I dunno, apparently, the proof will be in the pudding

Does anyone ever actually still use “the proof of the pudding is in the eating”.

Anyway who cares, it all goes well for mason.(to use a g Healy fave from the 90s)

Saw 40 new posts and thought there was some great discussions on Redman and maybe some videos. Instead just some stupid sayings that make no sense. Once again I need to do a 360 and go find another thread.

If you did a 360 you would be in the same place, maybe a 90 or 180?
