Mitch Brown - The Accountant

He hasn’t played in defence consistently since 2017 or even 2016.

If hooker goes forward who will Brown play on.

Certainly not Ben Brown as he doesn’t not have the reach and is very poor aerially

@Bomber-A

2 goals 2 behinds. Wouldn’t have won without him. :astonished:

I almost jumped off the Mitch bandwagon earlier today, but to his credit, he fought back and was very important in the second half. Got on his wheels, started clunking em and ended up with a decent number of marks and kicked a couple of critical goals. Reckon he has turned the corner. Welcome back, Mitch.

With his endurance, and that kick for goal… I’m not sure why he isn’t more influential.

He’s ok as a forward providing a link when given plenty of room. Plus we have no one else.

As a defender I reckon he’s more more inclined to fly for the footy and take out someone in a better position.

If you watch the second goal Nth get is a perfect example. Irish has it covered and Brown arrives late to spoil.

Anyway, he has to keep his spot as there’s no one else better.

Haha yes he was pretty good. Certainly in the top of half for us.

He can keep his spot for at least another week

In reckon he is a forward first and foremost who can plan down back. I think he did an alright job against the Kangaroos.

Wouldn’t know if he had the reach or not given I’ve never seen him extend his arms.
