At least he works his backside off. He has a stack of flaws and I’ve been really disappointed with him this year but on the list of things wrong with us he’s probably not top 50

He tackles like he’s pushing a trolly around the supermarket. Has already missed three in the third quarter. But he’s not on his own.
Like most its been a disappointing year. He definitely is not covering the ground as well as in the past.

Really dropped off. His endeavour always outweighed his skill set, yet both seem to be flat lineing a little.

Sucks for Xavier. He’s had an average year, but he hasn’t stopped trying, so I give him huge kudos for that.
