You need your thumbs to press. You can lift with straps our hooks no problem.

It’s not really size that is his issue. He seems very solid for his height all things considered.

It’s running capacity to involve himself more, and as Crowe indicating silver lining is they can focus heavily on that whilst he recovering from thumb surgery.

Can also spend more time watching other similar types from other teams and their running patterns.

That sucks.

Oh well. At least he’ll be plenty hungry when he’s fit.

I’d imagine you should do both to prevent imbalances etc.

I know most gym goers are the opposite. Too much pressing not enough pulling. But surely only doing pulling excercise wouldn’t be ideal.

I guess it would all depend what your weaknesses are.

Well if he comes back with giant lats and a big ■■■■ we know what he’s been doing.

wish i could train with him
i’d show him how to put on some decent quality muscle in a short amount of time.
i don’t know who is in charge of this role at essendon but they are not doing their job.
