Caddylotto!

I’ll go with 10 touches, 5 marks, 4 tackles, and 2 goals (1 behind). Reported twice for being too arrogant.

A couple of things.

  1. Yes the media department is unimaginary in that yes they are real and not just a figment of our imaginations.

  2. Surely doing the call to the parent video would be unimaginative as that’s pretty lame and tired now as it’s been done to death by all clubs a hundred times.

Boomer was my fav player to watch in the late 80s and early 90s.

Edit: Well favourite outside my own team players - Vikings - Herschel Walker

I’ve been hard core Bengals since 1987. Boomer had a lot to do with that.

Yep. I was thinking maybe they record him doing calls to the clubs that overlooked him, telling them, l’m making my debut this week. Watch me now.

Easy mistake to make. It’s just Busey.

I see Ben King is leading in the Coleman medal with a paltry 29… Not by Saturday night, he won’t.

No pressure. None.

You’re correct, King probably kicks a couple Saturday afternoon against the blues.

Didn’t age well

Like for like. Hope he kicks into gear. Weird season . Back/ ribs slowed him down, and then the tooth incident. For VFL watchers , has he been good defensively as was mentioned in he pre-season? Go Nate.

I think he does and he works up the ground a lot like jones and delivers inside fifty with very good vision.
I like jones but if caddy plays a similar role he will probably offer more then jones and if he gets a run at it he may even make it hard for jones to take the spot back

All hail Cate Naddy

Will kick 5 goals and draw attention away from Harley Reid, who will sign with Essendon at seasons end cos hes mates with Caddy!:sunglasses:

I don’t really follow any other clubs. Aside from the gushing every time GWS posts something I haven’t noticed if they are doing anything different or better than us.

I’d hardly say a call to the family video is imaginative though.

Has always seemed to be noted for his second efforts both with leading and ground balls. Juniors he had some big days with goals at ground level following the aerial stuff

Records are made to be broken. Supposedly.

"No debut match in VFL/AFL history has equalled John Coleman’s 12 goals against Hawthorn in round one, 1949, the first of many records ‘Coley’ would set over the next six seasons.

When the 20-year-old kicked five goals in the first quarter against the Hawks, in front of a stunned 13,500 supporters at Windy Hill, Coleman had played the first of many fine hands in what soon became the most sensational career in VFL history.

By day’s end, Coleman—who earned the nickname, ‘Deadshot’, for his accuracy—scored a League-record 12.2 from 15 shots in a total of 18.12 (120) to Hawthorn’s 9.3 (57)."
