Sorry WOB. I like how much of a whinger you are because I’m kinda cut from a similar cloth but that’s a bad take.
We all want a greater emphasis on youth. What was suggested is a small sample of what that looks like.
If the culture is gradually changing and these (accept Reid) are Rosa picks then maybe we’ll have something small to smile about next year…if Brad plays them.

You’d have to be encouraged by Heppell and Kelly delisted/retired, hard calls on Hind, Tex, Baldwin and Hunter at this point, and holding out on Jakey and Lav.
I’m concerned by the latter two playing at Essendon with all the noise about wanting 2 years. Could get ugly during the year.
It’s easy to foreshadow another crop of delistings already for next year- Goldy, Weid, Menzie, one of the Davey’s, Shiel, Stringer, Lav, maybe Lual. Dods expunged.
Incremental improvement- hopefully the westozziebomber (aka westozzie whinger) can grasp the concept.

Some good points. Not sure if we can ('cos of contracts) or even need to be drastic with how we shape the list but club has historically been to timid on this front.
Game time to the right players, playing guys in the right positions and a mere mild cull might be enough for now if there’s a heavier swing of the axe swing in 12 months.

I definitely think we need to keep focusing on youth, we have no other choice and just hope rosa is better than Adrian “cancer” dodoro who has ruined this list. The four players mentioned would be a step in the right direction, hopefully but like most of our drafting, i wont hold my breath. One of them being reid (LOL)
The list is 40 odd people, and its still for the most part terrible so yes, there still is a good reason for significant change through it. We have a league high on first round picks on the list and still suck, so forgive me for being sceptical that more first round picks will start to turn us round

I sort of miss the days when you could call people names without the precious indignation.
Not sure we knew at High School what a ■■■■ or a pedo was, but both were used frequently and life just cruised on. I was called all sorts of things and I tried hard to get the attention.
