Former #32 Noah Gown

It’s clearly FQ.

Like IQ and EQ and SQ. (Apparently SQ is a thing, who’s have thought…)

FQ = Football Qualities?
IQ = (Blitz) Interrogated Qualities?
EQ = Essendon Qualities?
SQ = Saad, Smith, Stringer, Shiel Qualities?

I took FQ as Far Q.

And Noah does seem to have a lot of FQ about him.

I like that.

As long as he doesnt have FC characteristics I am happy.

EDIT: FARK CARLTON characteristics…

You should trademark that quick.
And then make a list of every player, team, forward mid and defenceline FQ based on whatever the hell you like and sell it.
That is rolled gold bullshit, right there.

Who’d Frostydata show as being the #1 FQ player in the league? Toby Greene?

Sounds like the Suns were thinking about taking Gown @ pick 31 if they didnt trade their pick away.

ps. I miss Solly

Does that make you more or less confident in the pick? I don’t trust anything the Gold Carnts do

The thing I liked was Dew was the one the bought up Gown at 31. It seems to me (maybe i’m wrong) that the coaches generally aren’t as well informed on potential draftees, leaving it to the relevant recruiters. But he certainly knew Gown and clearly rated him.

ps. I miss Solly too. Sharp elbows :rofl:

GC should have been one of the clubs least likely to want to take Gown after taking Lukosius and King early. Why another 18yo key position?

If Gowns form & numbers had been consistent across the whole season at the same level, he would have been picked a lot earlier. Maybe #31 is realistic.

It looks they wanted a 3rd tall defender for intercept marking.

Gown on their radar for that as he did play there before moving to fwd line, and he’s terrific overhead.

Lukosius more CHF or even 3rd fwd type. King a CHB.

I had long hair and an ear ring.
Dad called me gay pirate.

No a gown, must be in the nuddy.

True story which I may have told already, a colleague of mine recalled a tale recently about whilst bored tying a dressing gown cord around his ■■■■■■ when he just got out of the shower. His wife came in, also bored, and pulled it tight. It hurt him to get an erection for a week.

He hasn’t been able to shake the nick name Noah since.
