Get the feeling Long is the type of player who would never dominant the vfl. If he’s going to be on the list next year then its time to give him 3 games to see what he can do.

Clarke has a bigger tank than all of them, I reckon.
Hope he manages to get a game in the second half of the season. If Smith’s ‘calf knock’ causes him to miss a few weeks it should be between Colyer and Long. He could also fill Baguley and Green’s role in the forwardline; intensity and pressure is key for him. He looks a different player when he plays ‘angry’, one who looks an AFL player.
