i think there’s room for one of hobbs, parish and tsatas in the side.
Him and red dog didn’t train today.
More injuries im guessing
This club lols
Extended break, he could have headed home for a day or two.
But probably safer to assume the worst
Someone on X said Redman had ice on his calf but will play. Nothing about Martin.

Will play a quarter before his calf bursts
His move to the middle is the end of Tsatas and possibly Hobbs at the club. He offers waaaay more than both, can alternate forward or back and still be damaging, and if the last few weeks are to go by, is an exceptional attacking centre square mid.
my god he is clean in front of goal
I’ve thought this for a while, this guy is the most important player in our side.
He impacts games more than anyone, and when the game is there to be won, he is invariably the guy who makes the play. Moving from contest to contest, he is the one involved in us scoring when we need it.
He has skill and this year has added to his game with stronger tackling and the ability to win at the contest.
I thought he was really poor in the first half. Squibbed a couple of contests, looked terrified of contact, turned the ball over, chose the wrong option
2nd half was fantastic though
Second half of the season will be interesting, if he continues his current form and Zach doesn’t recapture his form from earlier in the season, we may be witnessing a passing of the baton at years end.
Had a few brain farts tonight.
He legit drives me crazy.
He’d be AA in a decent team.
He’s the cream.
I guess it’s not his fault that we don’t have the cake, but…he still drives me crazy.
I think he must be the best kick off the ground I’ve ever seen. Not that he did it last night but how good is it when he kicks it up to himself on the run?
Brave when Caddy literally laced out Gresham 40 metres away off the soccer cross lol
I think he is going to be that player that has a liscence to go wherever he feels he can best impact the game. If he isn’t already. Super flexible. High impact. He is knocking on the door of genuine A grade.
oh that’s side step , and casual goal under a pressure situation was so pure
What I really like about Martin is his obvious work ethic and determination to become a better player every year and add layers to his game.
-
As a draft prospect his tank was questioned, now one of the best runners in the game.
-
Has built himself a powerful footballers body in his first few seasons as a full time professional footballer
-
Was a weak tackler initially and had a limited contested game - has improved on both fronts dramatically.
I would not rule out him reaching another level or two as he approaches his peak footballing years. His willingness to work hard, accept feedback and improve is an elite skillset itself.
