I don’t think he even really bumped, certainly didn’t drive his hip and shoulder into the contact. Kid just ran into him. Fark vigo is a solid lad though. Can we challenge?

Surely that’s not a suspension. Vigo was tracking the ball. It bounced and he braced for contact and any human would when they realised someone was going to run into them. Absolutely zero intent. If the players were the same size there is no injury.

It’s so wrong on all fronts. What do the VFL/AFL want in that instance, for him to leave himself wide open, get hit in the midriff and get broken ribs, a punctured lung or internal organ damage, or simply to step out of the way? All he did was protect himself…

I don’t know how this gets the same punishment as what Sam Wicks did to Ash Johnson.
Wicks could have legitimately killed Johnson with what he did. He basically drove him head first into the ground.
