Former #4 Jobe Watson

He was by far the best Brownlow medalist on the ground today.

Built on his return game against Geelong yesterday. 30 touches from 79% time on ground. Those hands are still in the elite bracket. Play him this week then save him from the trip to Sydney for GWS. As long as he is managed well in terms of game time in the games he plays and also resting him at the right times Jobe still has plenty left in the tank.

We have a bye coming up in a few weeks. He will get a rest then.

Why wouldn’t you just say he was better than Priddis? Stupid comment.

I prefer Sam Bitchell but each to their own.

It was more about Mitchell…
edit: and I’m happy that you don’t recognise Mitchell as a Brownlow medalist. I don’t, but records will.

What’s happened to you? You’re awfully prickly lately.

He’s realised he’s a lawyer and has to behave that way.

A much better game from Jobe - really good to see.

Yeah I reckon that’s a pretty stupid comment.

Not sure anyone WANTED for Jobe to be playing as if he was on his last legs.

Read your comment as I think it was meant, tongue in cheek/facetious, (so did 32 others by the looks)

I reckon it might happen this week. Jobe to kick a goal.

Pleeeeeeeeeeeease!

His previous longest goal-less streak was 6 games in 2008… he’s now up to 11!

I reckon he has a pretty good record of kicking goals at dreamtime.
