How these guys must feel being pulled from Richmond vfl to play in our vfl side…

In terms of list needs I’m not so sure but in terms of quality he is a good selection

Can he play small forward?

Cool now we have an even 10 half backs on a list of 40

brasher did say he backs in the plan, so I guess the plan still is to take as much as richmond as possible  :man_facepalming:

They thought McDonagh was a good pick

Is this where we say get him in the Seniors, before he’s even been given a Locker or met his team mates ?

He is injured too

People are being a bit disingenuous running with this “Richmond VFL” line.

He’s a 19 year old NAB League player for the Western Jets. He just played a game (maybe 2 max) for Richmond’s VFL as a 23rd man to showcase his ability to the scouts.

I guess Dodor has worked out that McDonaugh is so soft he is not going to make it as an AFL player so needs a other HB.

Hopefully, D’Ambrosio like a contest more than McDonaugh but the highlights don’t fill me with confidence.

And why does it matter anyway??

Their VFL team could probably beat our senior team.

Does anyone know how long he will be out with injury for?
