#43 Anthony McDonald-Tipungwuti - WALLA MACCA TIPPA - till 2022

Q: How can this guy get any better?

A: He will show you until the day he retires.

His balance was is unbelievable. Numerous times he side steps or baulks and the opposition fall over trying to keep up with him. Great example when he kicked the goal from just outside the goal square towards the forward pocket today. He baulked and side stepped the Fark Carlton player who ended up falling to the ground as a result of trying to catch Tippa who then slotted the goal.

Loves the sash pull.

Can tell he is going to be a club champion.

Unbelievable player and another unbelievable pickup by Dodoro and co.

I think that Tippa is more a product of Blitz and the fan base than Disco & co.

We have been pumping up his tyres and hoping he would be drafted for years. Disco finally succumbed to the will of the masses.

Good judges ain’t we?

Whole stand blew the F up when Tip sold that candy and goaled. Maybe biggest roar of the day. He’s a legend.

During the call, Eddie said he went to a school to do a talk and the first question was “do you think Tippa can win the Brownlow”

then he somehow managed to walk the line of racism.

Eddie gone be Eddie

On the train on the way to the game, an autistic boy and his dad got on the train. They were in their Bombers gear. He kept saying out loud “Tippa!”. He turned to us and asked if we were going and then just looked around and said “Tippa” so I took out my phone and showed him all the gifs id saved off blitz and he got really excited. I kept thinking how good a day that kid was having while Tippa was smashing goals. Not to mention how huge a figure hes become in a very short period of time for the club. Hes a genuine superstar now. Were gonna see so many 43s on kids back it will be ridiculous.

Yep it’s amazing how many kids idolise Tippa already. At training on Friday when the boys were signing autographs, this little boy went under the barrier and just stood there staring at Tippa and said hi whilst completely fan girling. Then later in the Bomber Shop this man was buying a Tippa badge for his son and the little boy was so excited talking about how Tippa looks different on the badge to when he just met him at training.

Kids love Tippa, adults love Tippa, we ALL love Tippa!!

He's too nice to say "SHOW ME THE MONEY" but with three years I reckon he went close enough.

Well played sir.

is Walla still eligible for Rising Star ?

If he is, then he must get it for this week, and go on to pip Darcy Parish and Raz for the gong !

No he’s too old unfortunately.

4 goals was amazing, but there was one part in the third when he beat two FCs on the back of the square, was facing the wrong way, and just launched this centimetre-perfect 30 metre handball the opposite way to a player streaming past. It hit the guy on the chest, and my jaw hit the floor. He’s getting better, 2017 he’s gonna be a freak of nature.

Watching that gif - he runs sideways as fast as in normal mode.

Lol, somebody hire that kid as a comms specialist. We may have finally found a good one (on our side) worth listening to.

After the ‘Captains run’ on Friday I was in the Bomber shop at the counter. A woman had her son there and they were buying a jumper along with the number 43.
Well and truly started.

Cult of Hird Walla.

If they were going to give him a new number (i hope he stays 43 though) id defiantly give him the number 1
