Oh thank goodness, just in time to stop the whole footy department from imploding!
Anthony Munkara will be a longer term view at Essendon. I would suggest more looking at 2024 for possible senior games. Will need a 6-12 month type fitness and development program. Think fans will have to get their head around this. His fitness levels currently is more local footy at best.

Understandable - we will be patient.
However his natural athleticism is far beyond suburban level given he broke 3seconds for 20m (2.96) and his vertical leap is very good.
Exciting to watch him develop.

Love how some people here are already in the know about when anthorny munkara will make his debut. As far as I am concerned, 2023 could be his debut season, in fact I think he will play seniors before Jaydn davys does.

He’s got a good build on him already. At 186cm, he could end up being a wing or able to play in the flanking positions forward or back. I have no expectations on him in 2023, but you’d like him to tread the same path as Patrick Voss. Spend the year in the VFL and show enough signs that there is something to work with and hope he emerges the following season to play some senior footy.
