Does anyone know if we are capped at one contact training session per week?

Get on the cans and watch Matty Rowell today, that’s what i’m doing. He really was a sight to behold last weekend.

Think it’s two, and they’re the sessions the players get tested beforehand.

The Age article posted in the Essendon vs Melbourne thread focused on Conor going to an open house on Wednesday (not the visiting of family) and mentioned that Conor’s lease was ending in his current property.

Surely that’s not a breach?

Pretty flat about all this. A young bloke, one of ours contacts the flu that’s terrified the whole world and everyone lays the boot in. I don’t really care how he got it tbh, just hope the club is wrapping it’s arms around Connor. He’s a long way from home and must feel the Weight of the World on his shoulders. Hope the club is getting around him right now

I challenge you to go and stand in a park a let someone you know to have the virus rub themselves all over you

Shouldn’t be.
Also factor in that he’s had a pay cut this year and he’s probably helping out his roommate financially in some form. He probably can’t afford to maintain the current lifestyle arrangements on the reduced salary.
Every player would have similar problems. Whether it be downsizing, moving house, selling cars, etc.

I thought rules for AFL players were relaxed on monday so if he went on Wednesday he should be fine. And as you say, surely finding accommodation is a necessity?

What part of themselves are they rubbing on me, firstly?!

Anyway, I can see your argument - particularly with the tackling. But that outdoor session was deemed as low risk compared to the indoor weight session. Go figure!!

Deemed by media people not the CMO. Have no idea what they’ve said.

Connor is one of ours. Imo we back him until evidence proves otherwise.

He is copping it enough from the football public and media, we shouldn’t be piling on him when we have no evidence that he did the wrong thing

Why?

Of course…
Metaphorically…
Not literally…

The play here, is to ensure that enough of our players are quarantined that we cannot field a team. That would either mean we hold till we can all play, or the season is off. ■■■■ playing with half a team bullshit.

Nope. Back him all the way mate.

Step outside, literally no one is following the rules.

Yep. Get behind him regardless of what’s happened. That’s what footy teams do.
