Had a great year last year, helped us nearly avoid the spoon.
Has been solid this year. unfortunately our team hasnt been good enough for finals, would love to see him in a finals team for us even if its a slim chance.

I’ve no love for Selwood but seeing him and hepp chair Kelly off for his 300th was one of the better moments we had this year.

Hes slotting into that afl academy role thats been on hold for 2 years.
He was magic for us last year but has slowed a bit in 2017. This was the right decision.

Coming from a family that is half Essendon half Geelong, both geographically located and team supported, I love any chance for both teams to share the love for particular individuals. Bomber of course, and now we can all also claim Kelly as a special part of our club(s). He really embraced Essendon in his time here and has been invaluable in such a short space of time.
