Geelong had a nice relaxing week off, we’ve been playing everywhere continually. Hardly an even playing field is it?

I think need a weeks break to get up for Port and don’t have it. 6 days and a flight.
Its more pain.
The least the AFL could do is give us a full 7 to refreshen up and provide a contest for Melbourne. JDs and Conors last game in the red and black.

Ridley played ok. But his effort was super, so he gets a pass.
The rest can go FUD.
The club look like they are enjoying themselves up on the gold coast. Just chilling out in a 5 star resort and playing a few practice games.

Interestin cos they have been on the Sunshine coast, got stuck in traffic and nearly missed the game in Brisbane.
I reckon we have 10-12 players up to the level
Of those maybe 2-3 in any kind of form
Very hard to find something to pin any hope to!
Our zone is completely ineffective, we have no backup plan
Our skills are deplorable, not helped by the fact that Clarke and Parish are the only players at the club who know what a shepherd is
Our development of young players is non existent, and somehow we manage to un-develop older guys
It is well and truly time to gut the list and rebuild
Anyone that wont be here in 5-6-7 years (or isnt good enough) should go
Start with Draper, Ridley and work through the list from there, build the team around tHe guys that can take us forward
Completely gut the footy dept, Rutten & Cara can hand pick the lot
If its their team let them run the lot

If i was Draper I would leave at the first opportunity. His first few games are the most promising from a new ruckman that I cqn recall.

how do you get to a couple of weeks before the end of the season and the players cannot execute a handball, kick or tackle. What is the point of a game plan if the skill level is so poor. What are the players being coached in
The problem is those inside the club are completely deluded and dont seem to recognise that we need to build a list
They still think we have the list to challenge
Back to the draft board. We want someone with a high football iq and good user.
