Tsatas only 4 score involvements from 34 disposals (most on the ground).
Swallow 8 score involvements from only 30 disposals.
Many players had more SI than Tsatas, including Vigo with 6.
That is the heart of the Tsatas conundrum.

BScott said that Duursma had a back complaint pre-game and they asked Tsatas to turn his car around and drive back to Marvel, and up until the last minute was a chance to play.

Actually no, I was at the AFL game :-).
Score involvements is a stat I value highly - the best players have the highest SI usually. Despite his large number of possessions, Tsatas is a low SI midfielder. It happened again today.
Until he fixes that, he will struggle to make it at AFL level whether it is with us or another club. Not sure he will get many takers from another club if he keeps producing only 4 SIs for 30+ possessions.
And, as I fondly recall, one of the best SI midfielders (and a decent small forward as well) we’ve had was the legendary Leon Baker. Rarely wasted a kick.

Mr Baker you have two options.
- Ask Mrs Baker for permission to coach Essendon.
- If that fails, please go down to the Hanger and tell them what they should do. I’d be happy to accompany, I’ve been told my voice is sufficiently heard without a microphone.

He had a moment in the last with us in desperate need of a goal where he got it in a little space, ran through 50 dead in front, and chipped to the pocket where an outnumbered SEh was caught under the ball. Earlier at the other end swallow took the goal on from a similar distance but a very tough angle and converted.

hes just another bomberblitz myth . ther more people talk about him the bigger the myth . I reckon the brains trust of the club or the coach are not deliberately against him he’s obviously judy not hitting goals or benchmarks they have in mind for him . it’s possible he will go elsewhere or not . meh
When our midfield got their arses handed to them in the fourth, when the suns kept the pressure going and ours dropped off is what we need to address. Tsatas offers nothing to aid that and as such is frozen out of the team. I think the management sees the issues with the midfield and the issues with Tsatas and have decided that he cannot add anything particularly beneficial. Getting fourty statistics in the VFL is not going to mean anything. Don’t ask me why Parish played last game, he’s not helping either. But two wrongs and all that…
