Has to work on his goal kicking in the off season and one on one marking(really just taking advantage of his height) without losing position.
He could kick 100 goals next year easily if he continues this year and fixes the above two things.
What a player though he is.
joe is a freak. seriously, no reason for him not to be aiming to be the best player on our list by the 2018 seasons end. If he can, as identified above, fix his goal kicking up another 10% he is probably already there.
How is that 2nd collingwood goal not up for goal of the year?

I thought Joe’s goal kicking was pretty solid this year. He ended up with 65.39. No idea how many OOF’s though.
Personally I doubt he’s ever going to be a dead eye ■■■■. If his strike rate for the rest of his career is as good or better than this season I’ll be pretty happy.
