I think the general point is OK, about specialised qualifications etc, but the specific term “negligent” is sketchy ground.
And we know reidy (more to the point, his insurers) will happily lawyer up.

No offence to Jordan Ridley and his baker’s dozen or whatever it is called, but Joe Daniher’s progress interests me more.
But no mention of the big fella in today’s Justin Crow injury update. I guess by saying nothing they are trying to say there’s a lot of doubt on him playing again this year?
I wouldn’t even bother bringing him back put him on ice and get him ready for 2019
