TBH, I have no idea mate. I know that in hindsight things would’ve been done differently in the case of a few recent injuries and Colyer was one. I think IRT Joe, if he has had a line put through his name for 2018 that his knee issue may also be addressed.
Like anyone, I’d be pretty ■■■■■■-off if we farked up through negligence. But unless there is something other than disappointment to go on, I think it is just frustration talking.
Agreed. I’m no expert, only relaying what I’d heard. FWIW, I’m not even certain if there’s a surgical procedure to fix OP and I never suggested as such but Colyer’s injury on the other hand, I think that’s one they’d like to have another go at.
There is surgery that can be performed in some cases, but I don’t think that it is a certain fix.
I’ve had a back injury most of my life. I’ve had to manage it though, despite it being at times, debilitating, because there is too much risk involved in surgery that is around 50% likely to help at all. Sometimes, life just sucks.
I hope he gets good advice from elsewhere other than the EFC and gets the best of the best to treat and manage him. What has happened previously hasn’t worked. Go elsewhere Joey.
I know quite well what is required and I would add that there is a huge gap in what is required to maintain your medical license as a GP and being a leading specialist in your field.
