Does that say more about the players or the coaching?
McGrath and Shiel are very very good clearance players. So’s Caldwell, but he was cooked. Zerrett more than handy in there.

That’ll just make his Brownlow/Rising Star double up even more impressive
I had just googled his son and was looking at a September 03 birthdate. Assume that was wrong then?
Let’s see how hard he bangs on the door to be selected through the pre-season.
From his highlights I like that he can find the goals and can kick it a decent distance. See a place for him in the forward line mixed in with onball time.
plus Jones, Langford, Cox and Walla
It is nearly Christmas time after all
Why didn’t they draft him then instead of Gibcus? If they were so desperate?
Or why didnt they trade with eagles to get up the order, like Port did.
Probably thought they could do both, strategy didn’t work though
As for Eagles trade @Houli_Dooli perhaps they didn’t want to drop any further down so they still ensured hit the player they wanted. I’m sure it wasn’t through lack of trying from Richmond
Dodoro said he’s ready to go so yeah I expect him to be there rd1
I forgot Dodoro was our new coach!
i don’t think either McGrath or Shiel were anywhere near their best. I’ve never watched the replay so i really can’t recall whether we tried to mix thing up a bit or not. I do remember giving us a slither of chance still until the stringer snap got touched on the line at the start of the last. it just felt like we need something to ignite us.
Ready to go means, he is physically fit enough to play.
So available for consideration. Then it depends on the coach whether he plays.
I’ve not seen him play a single minute. I’m curious as to whether he already is what he is - contested, competitive beast who can rack up the touches around the congestion - or if there’s more versatility. I’ve no idea if he kicks his goals as a forward, or as a midfielder who pushes forward during play.
Lads in this year’s draft are not short on confidence.
Horne stating Round 1 debut the goal, Hobbs to push Dons to make finals, others likening themselves to star players and how they play.
A bit of a step away from the classical - I just want to win the respect/trust of my team mates line which is often trotted out.
He should have plenty of growing left.
