As a mid who rests as an iso forward, which is what he tracks to be imo, he will demand a KP defender with his size and strength. But if he drags midfielders forward there aren’t many who would be able to match him let alone beat him.

Let’s not get ahead of ourselves 
Statistically they are virtually line ball although I only have Harley’s first 20 game stats versus Robby’s first ten games. I am certain you won’t be able to split them statistically after comparing their first 20 games. So yeah thanks for the advice but not getting ahead of myself.

No preseason is probably starting to tell at this stage. Love his power in the contest against seasoned bodies. Standing next to Cripps, he measured up well. The kid is only 18 after all.

Sad, but true.
I reckon he’s so good though that he is going to buck that trend. There’s a confidence and aura around him, in his first year, that 99% of players don’t have.
Keep at all costs. Offer the kitchen sink if need be. He is the exact player that in 5-6 years time will take this club on his back and lift it to heights it hasn’t reached in a long time.

Feels very strange.
I cant rember the last time I was absolutely certain that a player would become a star this early in his career.
He is already in our top ten players i reckon.

i remember I went early on Houli.
He got a rising star in his first couple of games. And he was a goal kicking midfielder, something we lacked.
Robey is the real deal, he has size, speed, good marking and kicking skills and good range - see that goal from 50 off one step.

So did I, it was telling when Durham matched up with Cripps how easily he was pushed off the ball, but Robey could match Cripps for strength. Very impressive.
Another thing, every time I see him in space I just want him to kick a 60m line breaking kick. When he goes short I feel a little disappointed. Stupid I know

If Merrett took that ball cleanly on the last play, he would have fished it off to Sully who was streaming past on his way to a match winner from 60m.
