Not all doom gloom if it’s season ending but is good to go start of pre season. No doubt being a first year player with a limited preseason that his body would have taken a battering. More important that he has a full preseason
That’s what I’ve been concerned about, he’s had a massive workload off the back of no preseason in his first year, I’m surprised he hasn’t been rested/managed more.
I did both my ACLs… first one I got taken to hospital. I heard the snapping sound followed by a crunching sound. Hospital after 4 hours of keeping me there and scans and pulling my knee in all direction… declared not ACL. Most likely sprained knee. Following one year I fell down three time as my knee was wobbling all direction with the slightest of slips. MRI scanned showed ACL rupture, MCL tear and fracture around the knee. Lol.
Second one to the other knee, a physiotherapist was at the spot, and did all the knee pulling test. Said not an ACL. This time MRI straight away. ACL confirmed.
I hope these Essendon doctors are reasonably OK at their job.

Surely even if is not major we put the cue in the rack for him for the year so he is ripe for a big preseason.
