AFLW - game 7 vs Suns @ Carrara Stadium, 1pm Sunday 6 October 2024

Will Bonny be fit enough to play today? That’s the question nagging away at me.

Beautiful, well-judged intercept mark to repel a Sun’s attack.

paige scott needs to eradicate that from her game

Amber Clarke stays down as the ball comes off the back of the pack. Snaps and goals!

Bannister hit across the head in a marking contest. Seconds left to go.
1/4 time 1.1.7 to 0.0.0.

If we could just improve our forward half efficiency by like 10%, we’d be getting close to a contender.

Everything else is great. Midfield wins ball and works both ways. Defense cut a lot off. But going forward is just bomb and hope.

we love electric ball movement then as soon as we hit the f50 arc, stopping

Getting plenty of F50 entries, just haven’t taken enough advantage of our dominance. Around the ground we are moving the ball well and finding plenty of players in open space which is attractive to watch. Agree about Gaylor, she is a classy player.

Gaylor is my favourite bomber.

Regardless of competition. She’s genuine superstar, a-grade, dominate the league level talent.

Prespakis copping plenty of attention off the ball. No free. GCS mark inside 50.

Suns with a quick goal due to a marking mismatch and a brilliant kick from the arc.

Should have been a free in the centre, but Suns go forward and goal.

Why play on when you’re 25m out from goal? Turnover…

Gamble drops a sitter directly in front and in range. Scott gets a little push in the back, gets the free.
