Talking about leftovers, someone brought over a mud cake yesterday…from Costco…all 2.3 kilos of it. ugh… what a beast. Could just about cure world hunger by itself.

This year I portion controlled. What killed me was the slab of christmas pudding the M.I.L served with custard and Ice-Cream.
