I like the changes because the two poorest performers from last week - Gresham and Edwards - were dropped.

yep can’t wait to see what a forwardline of caddy, cox, jones and a resting mckay can do. would have to be one of the most feared forwardline lineups this club has every produced.
Carlton must be shaking in their boots, would be struggling to get as good a night sleep as hollands did a few weeks ago, worrying about that forwardline.

Jones is two weeks removed from a worst on ground performance. Not worst AFL listed player, worst actual player on the ground.
He then followed that up with 9 touches and 0.1 from a game where there were 45 goals kicked.
Yeahhh…..I don’t get that selection.

you kind of prove my point, considering you think it’s been 18 months since his last game.
it relates to jones, cos maybe just maybe he is one of the players you know who gets a free ride cos of outside influences.
I mean his stellar 5 possie games as a forward were definitely rewarding of keep him spot, and then getting promoted to the wing.
but hey as you allude to his form in the two’s has been … oh wait you didn’t allude to good form in the 2’s.
■■■■■■■ 7 possie game last time out in the vfl, If i’ve read others correctly, stelllar form definitely rewarding of effort, setting good standards for “earning” a game, my mistake.
Two games ago Jones was our best player in the first 3 quarters against GWS VFL before being rested.
He played CHF and roamed up the ground and back. That’s the role that suits him.
