Another 7.20pm Sunday game - Dons v Fark Blues 7th June @ The G

Have we trained since Perth or do we not do that anymore?

Expected to see some Artemis content (hopefully unencumbered).

What part of cementing pick 1 you don’t get!

Wouldn’t be tinkering with the squad too much at all this week.

Tracking beautifully at the minute.

We ain’t going to win.

Aside from the fact we are just crap and devoid of confidence/gameplan.

we still have key outs

We are flying back from Perth

Our opponents have just won 3 in a row against opposition we wouldn’t get a look in.

Carlton by 10 goals plus.

One win isn’t going to change that outcome.

It absolutely could.

It’s not going to happen, so there’s no need to worry. Carlton will win and win very well you’d think. Still, it’s nice to imagine their fans streaming out of the MCG shell-shocked if things somehow went the other way.

Anyone know what time training will be today?

Main training is vocal today.

The boys will be earning their $$ today running around in these conditions..!!

Darcy Parish didn’t train, maybe it was too cold…or he is in doubt for Sunday.

He set his GPS for the Hangar but ended up in Melton.

Parish took a wrong turn and ended up at the national in Cape schank

Can you still play golf in the rain?

Bit of a ‘93 vibe there. I copped it GF week back then. Come Monday morning none of them turned up at work. Be nice to think it could happen Sunday evening but I’m not holding my breath.

I organised tickets for this week to go with friends but it was pre the Voss sacking thinkng we might have been a better chance than usual. Given what has transpired since I’m bypassing my seat and going straight to the bar.

I find it odd you talk to Carlton supporters… I can barely understand them, it’s like talking to a water rat

They are going to belt us and we are going to make Cripps looks like the Brownlow version

Can’t wait for this dumpster fire of a season to end

Training tidbits:

Ridley, Durham & Redman trained.

Redman & Prior had a bit of ‘friendly’ push & shove.

Sharp trained with the ‘ don’t touch me’ cap.

Clarke & Artemis participated in some training, ran laps other times.

Didn’t see Parish or El-Hawli.

Vigo, McGrath, Unwin & Guelfi ‘rehabbing’.

Gerryn spent some time forward in match sim as did McKay. He ended the session having lots of goal kicking practice. Was last to leave the oval.

At one stage players broke up into 3 specialised groups.

Perkins joined Tsatas, Setterfield, Durham and Bryan in specialised mid field drills. Merret didn’t.

Tall forwards and backs in another group.

3rd group was ‘smalls’ focussing on ground ball gets and snaps on goal.

It was wet, windy and friggen cold.

Fark Carlton.
