To give the best version of the other argument, I think most of Blitz is pleased when we get a Cara or Gia who are very highly rated. At least IMO, the main concerns are the Hurleys and Stantons of the world, for more reasons than one.

What with people’s stupid “most of Blitz” comments that get posted whenever someone wants to feel superior to everyone else on here? You’re so special, you’re not like the rest of us on here 
There is a large user base on this forum, and everyone has differing and shared opinions across all the different topics talked about. In fact you’d probably have a hard time finding just two people who agree with each other on everything.
Those of us who had issues with the coaching ranks, had issues with no namers Ben Jacobs and Cam Roberts, and perpetual losers Hurley and Stanton within the ranks, and that’s been pretty clear.

Why don’t people rate Stanton and Hurley? Cloke? Is it due to a lack of observed results? Or has anyone heard anything specific about their performance?
I guess you’d like to see some staff with premiership coaching experience on their resume’. Though we did have Caracella. I just hope the players respect the coaches and believe in what they’re being coached/trained.

Coaching premierships I wrote. Playing doesnt always translate to be a good coach. Can they teach, communicate etc
As per the Ross Lyon quote our coaching panel isn’t vibing!
Cloke I rate, he has a good footy iq, is impressive in interviews, premiership player and creates good friendships.
Stanton and Hurley I don’t rate, maybe it’s coz I thought they were just average footy players with no club success, but also they never impressed me as being knowledgeable in interviews, particularly Stanton, who seems confused when on camera. Mark Williams was always spoken of as the best development coach in the game, with a young list he could be handy, unless of course he’s cooked or hates Essendon after being mistreated a few times.

Most likely on bugger all coin. Just because he didn’t get success as a player doesn’t mean he can’t coach or is good mentoring our younger guys.
Him and Stants are just easy targets imo. Most of us here would have bugger all knowledge of their capabilities as coaches.
