When do the Wonder Twins get their own movie?
Ok so I'm going to get flamed for this, but I think the Marvel movies suck. Boring, predictable, cgi heavy popcorn nonsense.I have one exception - I thought that Guardians was a really great movie, and I didnāt hate Iron Man 1 until the last half hour. Other than that though, the rest can ead.

Iron Man 1 was probably the second movie Iāve watched with Gweneth Paltrow in itās entirety.
Pity it didnāt end like the first one of hers I sat through. Witch was Se7en.

I do agree with him 100% on Gwyneth Paltrow, and I also enjoyed the happy ending in Se7en.

Iron man 1 and 3 were awesome. 2 was pretty good until the last 30min then it just went downhill really quickly.Saw Deadpool, was a hell of a lot funnier than i was expecting to be honest(the opening credits really cracked me up), some of the one liners were great eg what do they call cancer in spanish, you have something in your teeth . Action was better than i was expecting. Some of the breaking the 4th wall stuff was very clever. Ryan Reynolds is perfect for the part.
Remind me never to celebrate international womens day as well.
The biggest problem i have with the avenger movies and the stand alone films is nothing is ever at stake. And when they do kill off a character they are back alive by the end of the movie- takes away any emotion in the film.Without RDJ the whole avenger series would be screwed imo.
To be fair, thatās entirely within genre. Nobody ever stays dead in comics.
In fact, the movies are if anything MORE prone to killing characters off for good. Bad guys at least. I think Lokiās the only bad guy whoās survived a film so far (does Winter Soldier count/). Red Skull is dead, Malekith is dead, all of Iron Manās baddies are dead, Ultron is dead, Robert Redford and the Nazi in the old TV from Winter Soldier are dead. In comics theyād have all come back again and again and againā¦
I expect the bad guys to be killed, but some of the secondary good guys should of been killed of by now. Hawkeye for example should of been killed in the first avengers film. At least try and add some emotional weight to these things.
Also doesnt help that most of the marvel villains have been made to look almost non threatening in the films. Ultron for example was a joke in the latest avengers film.
And yes imo iron man 3 was awesome imo.Great action, comedy, bit of emotion thrown in- great twist.

Shouldāve been 100x better. Shane Black and RDJ together again after Kiss Kiss Bang Bang was so good ā¦ what a disappointment.

It had him, it just made you wait to see him and gave you a bit more of the tony stark character.
I loved the whole dynamic between him and the kid and the panic attacks caused by almost dying in the avengers film. Plus it actually felt like a standalone film not another 2 hour trailer for the next avengers film.
Each to their own, i thought the new captain america was really average but everyone raves about it.
Saw Triple9 tonight, good film. Not as many gun battles/ shootouts as I was hoping there would be. Very strong cast and good tension throughout. Imo casey affleck is the better actor of the 2 brothers.

Felt sorry for Robert Ford at the end of that movie.
Saw Deadpool last night. I really enjoyed it. Itās the only āfirstā movie of this series I can say Iād watch again. Iron Man 1 I would too. But the rest kinda felt meh to me. Establishing where they stand in the universe etc. and they donāt get to be super heroes until the sequel.
Looking forward to where they go with it.
