If you can, il trade my first round picks till 2030 to get a decent side again

Can trade picks for the next draft, i.e. in this yearās mid season trade period you can trade picks that will be used in what will be our 2018 draft. We donāt allow trading beyond that.

And thatās the way it should stay. We are already seeing the first disaster from this stupid rule in the AFL and if we did it here it would be ten times the disaster.

Down with the Christensen injury, but on the positive side, pretty happy to have jagged a ruck from FAs a week before he comes into the AFL side in Andrew Phillips.
Even though I agree with the decision not to allow future picks here for our comp, I donāt have a problem with it if we did have it, or the fact that it exists at AFL level. If people/teams want to make dumb decisions because they are incompetent, then that is - and should be - their prerogative. It should be an allowable advantage for teams that manage their teams and risk properly. Hawthorn looked to have maybe blundered a little bit, although I still think it is early to call, but this is part of the game and challenge. Making good choices and not making bad ones.

Sorry lads Iāve forgotten. What happens this week when there are four teams not announced until after three games have started?
I was under the impression that the latest we could set lockout on UF was the first Saturday game, but after checking, it can actually be set to individual game time (ie. rolling lockout as in SuperCoach).
Given there are two games that we donāt have any teams whatsoever for (not even extended benches), think this week using the rolling lockout would be preferable.
