Assumes Daniher and Mckenna are ready round 1.

Midfield rotations of Heppel, Merret, Parish, Zaharakis, Smith, McGrath, Guelfi, Langford, Stringer, Fantasia, Tippa

7th defender Ridley/Guelfi
7th forward Langford/Bagley

Opted for Guelfi over Myers due to his flexibility. Opted for Bagley over Laverde due to his defensive pressure.

B: Saad Hooker Guelfi

HB: McKenna Hurley Francis

C: Merrett The Langford McGrath

HF: Stringer Daniher Fantasia

F: Walla McKernan Baguley

R: Bellchambers Heppell Sheil

I/C: Smith Ridley Zaharakis D Clarke

Feel sick having Smith starting on the bench but Sheil has changed everything

I dunno, I feel something is missing. Unless you know something we donā€™t

Most likely.

Who did I forget?

See if you can work it out

Woops!!

True, they are clowns/flogs, but as ā€œjournalistsā€ they actually get to interview the coaches. Thats something we donā€™t generally get to do, except for 1 or 2 Blitz posters who have connections at high levels inside the club.

Can people stop putting McGrath in the back pocket or HBF in their best 22ā€™s?
Ainā€™t gonna happen.
Like putting Hooker at full forward.

I know it makes it easier to fit all your favourite mids in, but thatā€™s whatā€™s tricky / interesting about this hypothetical.
Youā€™ve got to take a punt in our backline, and a good mid / forward is going to miss out.

Dylan Clarke in your best 22. Whatā€™s the reasoning? Heā€™s a long, long way off our best 22 with a full list to choose from, imo

Small forwards. Mossie

In my side I like to have 1 or 2 developing players given a go to see if they will make it.

He is a stoppage specialist of which we only really have Heppell and Myers.

I have replaced Myers with Clarke.

I rate him highly.

I think you always have to put the best players in. I would never replace an established player with a developing player just to give them game time and i donā€™t think any coach would. Thatā€™s what the VFL is for right? And when they earn the spot or somebody gets injured they get their top level game time. It does suck though because thereā€™s a lot of kids in our side i would love to see get the chance.

I guess that all depends on who the coach is and at what level of development the side is at.

Yeah good point. If you were going through a rebuild and not looking great then definitely play the kids.

Or if youā€™re Killer Mike
