i can get on on the pc on wifi but not on the mobile on either wifi or 4g, both optus

Yep, looks like that is the reason. Just logged on in Opera with my mobile, got it’s built in VPN up and seems to be working. That is it’s working via OPTUS wifi.

Seems to be a routing issue from anywhere outside Aus.
