Why is âbombaâ still in the thread title when on bomberâs own admission (in his book) he has been called bomber for many, many years and that is the name he is happy with?
Happy for the few posters who continue to use âbombaâ to enlighten me if his autobiography book is not what he says his nickname is.

Given I remember listening to the 1968 grand final (living in country Vic attending was not an option) and supporting the bombers I suppose I am in the old category, still does not answer my question.

Not sure of the meaning of your post. From the insights in your previous posts I assume your opinion of the media is similar to mine, no trust in a balanced, non biased report likely (with very few exceptions).

I find the hypocrisy pretty appalling. Not only that heâs been through his own problems and should be able to empathise, but that he feels comfortable making Bomberâs problems, and his own inability or decision to do anything about them, a âMMMâ exclusive.

I think the most surprising thing is that we were able to perform so well with a bloke doing that much extra curricular stuff while also being the head coach.

Frawley is a super spud, whilst Derm is a worm. It amazes me that Robbo who has never had an intelligent insight about footy has his own TV show & is a footy editor, so he must get paid $1m. There must be a reason why footy media is populated with zombies, and I worry that the reason might be due to people like us.
