City end is where the majority of Bombers fans normally sit, but for NAB I would try the Roberts Road wing.
It is not NAB, but real season . Tickets not on sale for June 30 yet, except for scalpers at $300 a ticket ?

EFC cannot offer tickets to EFC members except for those who made it off the waiting list. My great friend got tickets to the clubrooms last year but due to CAS matters that won’t be happening this year.

Tickets go on sale on Thursday 3 March 2016 at 9:00am AWST. So long as you are online on Ticketmaster at that time, you should be able to pick some up (I’ve never failed to get tickets to an Essendon game).
