I’ve emotionally prepared myself for the inevitable heart attack this club will give me.

I’m genuinely worried for the his health when he receives the puzzled looks about running both way, that guarding grass is not defence and kicking to the 50 on the right hand side every behind is not a sound strategy.

I don’t know why but I can see Sam Durham being a Brad Scott type of player. Reckon he’ll really rate Duz and he’ll go to a new level under him.

That’s good because the club signed him up 2 months ago.

Actually, I reckon the players will be very happy.

Best result we could have got. Hard edge, extensive experience in a variety of roles.

No more unaccountable footy from here forward.

Very happy.

The fact that we have given him a longer contract, might mean we know the next year or 2 will be development years.

Has a kid called Fletcher, can’t be all bad.
I kinda wanted Hird, but had concerns like many others. Happy with this

Im getting more and more comfortable with this appointment. When i first heard that he could potentially be our coach, i was revolted. But the more i think about his approach to footy, in particular, the toughness he will bring, the fact that hes probably going to absolutely crack the sh#ts at training and in the coaches box. Hes the kinda guy thats gonna go down swinging, and not apologise for it.

Im gonna buckle up for this wild ride

Brad Scott seen in coaches box wearing a muzzle against the urge to rip those filthy green maggots a new one over that pathetic ■■■■■■■ stand rule!

I don’t think this could have gone any better, given all the circumstances involved.
Good luck, Brad.
